My car grand i10 asta 1.2 gls (Reg no. Wb 40 ae 0994, engine no. G4lafm829098, chasis no. Mala851clfm362148) insured through bajaj alianz general insurance since its registration for last two years (Last policy no. Hbz/[protected]. However, the insurance was made through aditya birla insurance broker in kolkata, by car dealer mohan motors in kolkata in 2016 without my knowledge. My car is due for renew for insurance on 08 mar 2018. Though the insurance was purchased through broker without my knowledge, why i am unable to proceed for renew online through bajaj alianz general insurance co?
