I have visited Axis Bank Branch Maloud (Ludhiana). I am Canadian Resident and not living in India. At the time of the Axis Branch Visit, your agent had sold the wrong Policy to me and to my Husband. I am a 67-year-old lady.
He told me that this is a Single Premium Policy and after five years I can withdrawal the entire money. Moreover, in Both Policies, they have given the same phone number and given the wrong E-Mail ID which is not mine. My actual mail ID is [protected]@yahoo.com
Both Policies have received by my Husband on 7th Jan 2022 by hand from Bank Employee. Even I left India on 13th Dec 2021. Logically I have not received this Policy because I was not in India. In both, they have not taken even Acknowledgment receipt not even signed. In both the Policies, they have mentioned my Income is coming from Business which is wrong. I and my husband both are dependent on my Son.
Moreover, my Health Status is not good and I am an Asthmatic and Heart Patient and My Husband is taking BP Medicine and he is also a Heart Patient. They have not been mentioned in the Proposal Form. Right Now I am in Canada and I can not attend your Phone Call Because your agent has mentioned the wrong Phone Number and Email ID in the Policy.
My husband has already given a written request for Policy Number [protected] to your Ludhiana Branch on 11/01/2022. I am sending you a Free Look Cancellation receipt of that Policy ( PFA below).
I have given a written complaint via mail to Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance.
