[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — wrong policy document provided, indefinite delay for issuing new policy | |||
Do not buy bajaj allianz motor insurance. I had brought it in june 2019 and still regretting. They issued me a wrong policy document with car fuel type as lpg whereas my car is cng. When i complained to them they asked me proof as rc book of the car, i gave them. Now even after 1 month of follow up they are not issuing me corrected policy. Also they are not giving me in writing that if anything happens to my car they will not reject my claim. So that clearly means they are not going to entertain any of my claim because while filing claim they will see policy is againt lpg and car is cng. Every time i call, they say "give us 24 hours" and dont revert back. I have recorded conversation and soon to file a police complaint. I spoke about this issue to rupali rathod & aneeta bhatt but they try to delay this indefinitely by saying "give us 24 hours". Following up since 1 month now. Was this information helpful? | |||
