Dear team, I have purchased bajaj platina bike dated 06.06.2019 from amba bajaj ltd. Sriganganagar (Raj.) i was observed that there is some problem in front wheel and bike was not running smoothly And observed that it may be manufacturing defect in front wheel (Band in front wheel). I was visited the amba bajaj sriganganagar dated 01.07.2019 for resolve the problem facing and also for Service which will be due in some days. Problem was noted down by attender on job card and bike was proceed through service procedure, but problem of wheel was not even listen by the Staff. After requesting again and again one emp. Tried to find out the problem and finally he said that there is manufacturing defect in front wheel (As per him wheel was bubbled in left-right) And suggested to meet with service manager. But the service manager was not ready to even listen the problem and sit in his own attitude. He was clearly denied and told me that the wheel is Not comes under the warranty part even there is any kind of manufacturing defect and taken the things very casually. As per him i have to pay insurance file charges and he will process for Insurance claim without accidental damage. As per me wrong insurance claim was not a right way when there was no any accidental damage occurred. I have raised complain no. Isr545631 on [protected] dated 01.07.2018 & 16:20, but no one can worried to resolve my problem and complain was closed by their end only. Now request you to please look into the matter and arrange to check my bike from different auth. Dealer either the band was occurred due to accident or there is any manufacturing defect. So solution can provide earlier. Bike detail as below: — Chasis no - md2a76ay7kpb28881 Engine no-pfypkb09594 Reg. When alloy wheel could be change in warranty why not changed in first instance..
Need action report taken by company against Service manager.
When same could be changed under warranty then why not changed in first instance.
Need to share action report taken by company against service manager for negligence and worst service with roud behavior.
