[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — bajaj pulsar 150 authorized service center issue | |||
I gave my Bajaj Pulsar for Service on[protected] at Talwar Bajaj, Kukatpally Authorized Service Point. The complaint was that there was Oil Leak from the engine. Upon inspecting the bike, the mechanic told me that it needs a half engine service to be done. For which without any questions asked I told them to do it. They initially asked for 5 days time to get it done. I heard his boss talking about the delays, so I told him its fine even if he takes 1 week. I made regular followups after the stipulated One week was over. They always try to give reason like mechanics are not available, staff are on leave etc. I even asked them to handover my bike, if they can't do it. Today after two week, I got a call from Talwar Bajaj and they are asking me to agree for a full engine service. Its a complete negligence. It clearly indicates that they were not even working on my bike till today. I asked them to handover my vehicle as I handed over. Can't trust these people. Was this information helpful? | |||
