[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — bike bajaj pulsar 150 | |||
I purchased bajaj pulsar 150 bike on 26th May 2017 From Krishna Bajaj, Sec-14, Gurgaon, On 13000 kms when i went to service centre and when the mechanic drained the engine oil only 300 ml oil just coming out from engine, then service guy told me to topup the engine oil with 1000 ml and ride for 1000 km then again we will check the engine oil level, then after 1000 km when they checked bike it was found only 650 ml. then they ordered cylender kit for my bike as it found cylinder kit with piston faulty then i give my bike to them for 2 days and they charged RS -3300/- to me for servicing and parts changed, some parts they changed unnecesarly .Then after 7000 kms around (21000 kms) again same problem come in engine only 600-700 ml oil come out of engine then i again visited to service centre they told me that now it is require engine head block work to be done and clutch plate also burned, then they charged me 2200 for that i don't know what parts they changed in my bike because they took my bike and told me for leave my bike at service center. now at 26000 kms same engine oil problem and white smoke come from exhaust and also oil come in exhaust, when i visit the centre there service manager misbehaved with me that i don't have idea about bike riding. daily i ride around 50 kms with max speed between 45-55 km now they told that valve work we have done in your bike and again charged 1300 for me but from last 2-3 days more white smoke and oil come in bike exhaust, now you tell what i do sir ???. I am a middle class person, it is not easy for me to afford a new bike, my bike still in warranty but they don't take it serious. They already charged me around 7000/- rupees but still same issue in the bike . Please help me sir. No body help me here. +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |||

Last week i already registered complaint case at your customer care call board and my case ID is ISR-446512.
But still no action on it. Daily i call to customer care but they again and again forward the case to bajaj dealer.
This is the 3 rd time in last 7 months when same problem come in my bike's engine.
