Bajaj Auto — bike battery replacement issue | |
Our bike bajaj v12 no mh17 cb6454 was purchased from near showroom (Shirode bajaj showroom, kopargaon). We got faulty battery and we raise complaint also in service center. They give us spare with replacement to same but we didnt got any new replacement for battery since 6 month. We have submitted battery before 3 month and now they told us to buy new because they dont found any matched battery to our bike. We raise complaint to their customer care with complaint id: isr479436 But we didnt got any call or service from them too. We called them 3 to 4 times but still we didnt got appropriate response.
