[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto — Bought a new bike but I am the second owner because of their mistake

I have bought bajaj pulsar ns 200 from SMP bajaj, Amalapuram. The next day when i was out of town, they called me and said there was a slight mistake in my name in RC and they wanted me to come to the showroom for fingerprint. I went there next day and they told me that they will call me when needed for the fingerprint. After 20 days they asked me to come to SMP bajaj, gannavaram. I went there without any questions. The person there asked me to place my finger on the scanner to complete the process. Then i got a doubt and asked him what actually happened. He said it was nothing, the bike got registered under another person and they have cancelled that registration and applied for a new one so that I would be the first owner. I went to RTA and checked for the details and found that they have applied for transfer of ownership. They have mislead me. My joy of getting a new bike was lost as i found i am the second owner legally. I took the application and went to the showroom and they said they were unaware of this and will resolve the issue. I used to travel there every few days as they asked me to come and said the person was not available. Its been 3 months 15 days but there is no resolution. I have contacted the customer care as well but no use. And now they are asking me to go to Kakinada to resolve the issue. I request for compensation for all the time i have lost and the money i have spent traveling to and fro from the showroom and also for cheating me
