Bajaj Auto — cheating with a customer

My name is jewel jacob. 25th or 26th of april i gave my rs 200 for insurance with the reference with mr. Parth manager of sabarmati gallops branch. But me as a customer felt cheated. The team over there installed the parts which werenot approved by surveyor of national insurance company. So the money i received is 4 thousand less. Its been more than a month and i havnt received few parts which were not installed during delivery. Bt they assured they would install the parts in the next week. But i havnt got a update from there side and also the manager is not giving a precise answer for my question. He is making the fool out of customer. I need bajaj to take some serious action.
