[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — delay in bajaj kvr service | |||
Sir, I had purchased BAJAJ DOMINAR 400 on month of May and got accident after the first service dated 28/05/2018, my DOMINAR 400 got much damage. On the same day i had given the vehicle to BAJAJ KVR service station, Muttil, wayanad, kerala. As i have to apply for insurance it took almost two week for get it inspected by surveyor from insurance company. After that it has been almost two month, my vehicle is not yet been ready. while i am contacting the service centre, they are saying its because of the delay in arrival of parts. I have been contacting them each week and they are saying it would be ready by the same week. Now its been almost two month i am waiting for get ready my DOMINAR . It is too unfair to make a customer to be wait this much time... Was this information helpful? | |||
