Bajaj Auto — double fair and ill- mannered

We have observed auto rickshaws to be standing outside all malls lined up, who charge double the meter price. Not only that they also do not let normal auto rickshaws passing by to take passengers coming out of the mall. Not only is this not legal but also wrong on consumer rights to get services as priced.

However, today after shopping from a super market, not only were we charged double the fare but also the man talked in the most inhuman way. Not only was he unfair in providing his services, he had 0 level humanity when it came to helping the customers.

I highly urge the respective authority to take steps accordingly. We need our transportation to be safe and cooperative.

The number of the auto-rickshaw was gj-01 te 2943.
