Bajaj Auto — Emi bounced even after paid

Hello, I have made payment against my running loan number L2WDEL08643314 on 1st august, 2022 for the month of august before the due date on 1st August. I have disclosed the payment receipt as well as your statement for the emi cleared and dues. I have made all the payments for the emi on time from my bank account. But this time I wanted to make payment in advance. So i made payment to you from the app through paytm gateway on 1st august 2022. But on 3rd August, which is a due date for emi, I got a message that my emi got bounced. I was on chat today. I got a response from the agent, that you should pay before 7 days of due date and should intimate us. that I have an issue that if i made a payment in advance then why I have to pay bounce charges. Please waive off the bounce charges. I have not done any kind of cheating with bajaj I have just made a payment in advance only Then why to pay bounce charges.
