[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — Employee Rude Behaviour | |
Hello Team, I had purchased Pulsar 125 cc from POPULAR BAJAJ, Shop No.294, Kathriguppe IV Phase, Banashankari 3rd Stage, Banashankari, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560085 I had got done first service done from them also, after purchase of the bike gear liver was not working properly so I informed the employee called RAJESH GOWDA, then he rudely said its not only your bike problem it is the same problem with all the bajaj bikes, I left without saying anyting but when I discussed the same problem with local mechanic he said it is just a greecing problem and got it done for me, So I had give feedback rating of 1 star later I got a call from service manager and informed me to do best next time. recently my second service was due and I got a call from teh showroom and I reminded them what had happend before so after collecting my bike from show room service manager came to talk to me as the another employee had informed about my talk to him, When he came to me to talk he called the employee RAJESH GOWDA he started behaving rudely and ruthlessly in front of the service manager and staff. He didnot value his manager only and manager himself asked apoligise on be half of him, in fron of him also he souted yes this problem is there with all the bikes if he wants let him check all the bike then left yelling. This behaviour of the employee RAJESH GOWDA has put me to worry did I made a mistake by purchasing the bajaj bike. Was this information helpful? | |
