Bajaj Auto — first free service from torrent bajaj | |||
I purchased my bajaj bike Pulsar RS200 on 4/11/2018, INVOICE NO. VSI[protected], CHASSIS NO. MD2A55FY1JCF16820, on 21st December 2018 i had my first free service, well it wasn't free service at all, i had paid Rs940 on my first service, they cost me as follows- 1) Bajaj DSTI 1000_SAE20W50_1L/101980 amount 480.01 2) ENGINE FLUSH 50ML/2710B AMOUNT 280.01 3) MOTO COOLENT AMOUNT 118.00 4) OIL FILTER/8421300 AMOUNT 73.99 TOTAL COST 940.00 . I want to ask what why oil filter is changed within one month, even my bike runs only 200km from purchasing date, my friends oil filter change in around 6 month from purchasing date, coolent also changed but in my other bikes from home only engine oil was changed in first service, even they didn't informed me before changing these, nor they called after servicing, i almost did 15+ calls to ask about servicing, i am student and my exmas are going on, still make time to visit workshop for my bike, is this right way to deal with first service of customer ? i feel very disappointed with Torrent Bajaj workshop, i have many expectations with my new bike but if this kind of cost they give me then i will be most unluckiest person to got this costly bike. first service is about less amount of charges. i want to Short out my issue of this other wise I'll go to consumer forum.
