Bajaj Auto — free service

I have purchased pulsar 160 ns on 09.05.2017. When i go for 3rd free service of my bajaj pulsar. I have been informed that yr free service is leaps. It is not mentioned in manual book that your service will leaps if you not service within one year. What about my free service. What about big name of "bajaj" if they can't provide such common service to customers. If i would informed that your service will leaps than i done it within time.
