Bajaj Auto — I not received any response from bajaj for my past mails

Few days back i raised a complaint against the sree ram bajaj renigunta road, chittoor (Dist), tirupati, andhrapradesh 517501. Until now i didn't received any reply from bajaj. Bajaj customer service until now not taken any action no sree ram bajaj really very bad service from both.
Please take action against them please help me to solve my issue.10 days completed until now no response
