[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — i'm complaining about the parts and service of the bajaj | |||
Dear sir. My self i'm sarankumar. I'm a bajaj customer since from 2011. I have ns 200 and recently i brought an avenger 180 and also all my service is done in bajaj dealership. I was happy with the service provided by the bajaj popular dealership service. But i got a bad experience from my last free service done in bajaj popular kayamkulam. I was in popular bajaj for my free service for my bajaj avenger bike kl04an938. But after the service, the paint on both front struts got faded (Paint removed, photos attached) and battery indication is on so some time starting trouble is found in in the bike. The same was informed to the executive in the popular bajaj kayamkulam. The executive told me that the affected parts will replace under warranty but the parts need to order, after getting the parts they will call me, now its more than 4 months but still, now no one called from popular bajaj kayamkulam, complaint still exit.
