Hello,
I am Balaji from dindigul & having 150cc pulsar bike, on this month of march (8 or 9th) i took my bike for general service in dindigul ram auto service. Before the service i was clearly mentioned to check my (Battery & disc brake). due to low battery self start did not works, so thats the one description & front wheel disc brake did not work as smooth if i apply brake means my hand is getting pain due to that, this also a another description i was clearly mentioned.
I paid Rs.1060 for general service they have not clear my complaint regards & second time i went to replace a new battery & during that time i was clearly mentioned to service advisor Mr. Ramesh to look for the disc brake because i am going take my bike to hills station. March 9th evening i suffered alot during the traffic time due to my disc brake. suddenly i take over my bike to ordinary mechanic shop they cleared but AGAIN i am getting the same issue by today.
Take a action to the service manager Mr. viswanath because i requested him to do proper. I am having my two bill numbers (11 07603, 11 07633) i[censored] did not take a proper action, I will file a complaint to consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
