Bajaj Auto — irresponsible behavior of bajaj auto service centre | |||
My vehicle was given to ttk motors panruti (Bajaj delaer) for regualr service and few other complaints. But on return the vehicle condition was bad than before the service and when i went to register my complaint the manager was rude and did not entertain my complaint or provide me a solution. Inturn the manager also asked me to get it repaired from outside which he is not right in saying. I purchased the vehicle from bajaj and its their liability to get this serviced as per the cost applicable. Moreover i had complanit about the lights and horn which is not working and the spare parts is yet to be changed. I am at the risk of driving my vehcile withour lights and horn. My service center and its manager are not understanding thsi and behaving rude as i did not purchase the vehicle from the, such rude behavior of ttk motors towards its loyal customers should be dealt by bajaj.
