[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto — issue during servicing/repairing my bike

This is regarding the most worst service i have got done from one of the bajaj service centre named “ekvira bhushan motors” located at airoli, navi mumbai.

I would like to pen down all the issues that i have faced in the last 2-week due to the worst service, please find all those mentioned below (Attaching the latest bill for reference).

We have handed over the vehicle “bajaj pulsar 150” on 18th september 2017 for replacement of electronic parts during which the mechanic said that he would deliver the vehicle by same day evening 7pm. After rigorous follow-up no. Of times, he responded saying that there are few parts that needs to be replaced without which the work cannot be completed, thus it will charge rs.3995.

Parts those was replaced were bcu, left & right control switch and indicator bulb with charges rs.3995.

I have collected my bike by 7pm and the bill was about rs. 3995 and i had pay the entire amount.

A week later, on sunday 24th september 2017 bcu was burnt and the bike was not getting started.

I gave my vehicle to bajaj service centre named “suraj auto” located in thane, mumbai on 25th september 2017.

I got my bike “bajaj pulsar 150” on 26th september 2017 in evening and the bike is properly now and the bill was about rs. 2635 for both bcu and the regulator.

Also, there is a huge difference in amount between both the service centre.

I would go to any level i am not satisfied with your work and if you people try to fool me during every service.

I cannot go on adjusting every situation and every issue that i have faced because of you guys.

I hope this mail explains how much i have suffered due to the most worst service from this particular bajaj service centre. If you want to fool us by charging for things which your team has spoiled... Let us know please.
