Bajaj Auto — Malfunction vehicle sold out | |
Dear sir, My name is Benin Jiju I am from Kalyan, Mumbai, I have taken a new pulsar 150 bike from kanchan Bajaj ulasnagar on 9/10/2020, now almost one month completed. On first service I faced oil leaking issue in rear side of the bike right side, which has been changed under warranty by Bajaj service center, kanchan auto Pvt Ltd, in 700km how it can happen in short time period they told it's like that only so only we are providing warranty. First service done on 21st October 2020. Day before yesterday on 28th I faced starting issue while running engine malfunction light got on and all of sudden engine get off on running after frequent kick start and self start it's not get started so after one hour after Engine cooled again started and took to home and parked. The next day 29th I hand over bike for service for solving this issue malfunction active issue, they told provide us the bike here we will solve this issue and we will do the second service as well so I left me Vechile, evening I got a call all problem resolved come and collect your vechile I went and took the vechile it was good. Today 30th morning I came to work on the way again same issue started and unable to start the bike, so I take bike on walking and parked in my site in peninsula corporate park, lower Parel, from morning I am coordinating with kanchan Service Team and they gave mahim auto den service centre number, no one taken proper action. I want to know the rout cause analysis for the cause of malfunction indication due to this my work is getting affected. Kindly change this bike or resell it I don't want such bike which is having engine complaint really I am upset why I selected Bajaj. I have attached the video what exactly happened on bike. See this and update on the same please help I don't to use such bike tell me what will be procedure to cancel this bike and I need the amount refund. In pandemic situation I don't want to take risk on my life so I purchased new bike for my safety travel, but it's worst experience with Bajaj which I didn't expected.
