[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — Manufacturing defect not taken care by showroom | |||
I am using Avenger 220, for last 6 months.and while riding left hand side shock absorber cylinder piston broken...Same was shown to near by bajaj service center (Bajaj show room, edavanakad, Eranakulam, kerala)and convinced that it is manufacturing defect... The incident was happened 2 weeks before, still now they did not correct the issue, as they says that there is shortage of spares...Last day they says that the same will be replaced by another show room which i brought the bike (Bajaj show room, north paravur, eranakaulam, kerala)...so, i did contact them and now they says it will be corrected by fomer show room people... Inshot, my bike is still in home with out any correction .. very bad customer service from bajaj show rooms.. 1.Bajaj show room...North paravur, eranakulam, kerala 2.Bajaj show room...Edavanakad, erankulam, kerala Was this information helpful? | |||
