[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — mcv bajaj service center, rajahmjndry | |||
I had given my bike (pulsar RS 200) in mcv bajaj service center in rajhamundry on[protected].i didn't received my bike till now[protected].and still when i called the servicing center in rajhamundry, they informed me that it is still in processing, they didn't even started the bike servicing.they keep on postponing the delivery date. I am calling the service center and showroom of mcv bajaj in rajhamundry, there is no response, they just simple postponed the delivery date.this is not the first time.this bajaj service center in rajhamundry is the worst service center i have ever seen in my life. The complaints when we say before we give it to them for servicing are not rectified and top on that they simple change the parts or like engine oil without informing to the customer and increasing the bill amount for no reason.many of my friends, colleagues, family refused to purchase bajaj company bike only because of poor servicing.not only me many of my friends want to complaint on this bajaj service center in rajahmjndry but we don't know how to complaint higher authorities, some how when i searched how to complain i got this complaint submission form.i hope u will take required action as soon as possible.please contact me for more details and take some action.
