Dear sir/madam, i write this letter to inform you that i am working abroad, and my bike (200 ns) kl25-2797 has given for maintanance on 16/8/2021 at kottarakara branch, pulamon, kollam, kerala. The main problem showed aws the starting trouble and thus given for repair, they have told me to replaced most of the sapare parts such as carburator, monoshock, spark plug, tank lock set, battery etc. And it cost around 16000rupees/- . And taken the bike return to home and still shows the starting trouble and fuel leak, in which the same has not been cleared yet. Trouble shooting for maintance is very poor from the part of technicians and service centre. Hereby attaching the bills and invoices for the same. Very arrogant and rude behaviour to customers has been faced by my friends too. Please tak enecessary action for this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
