[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — not customer friendly, card acceptance system not available | |||
Today i left my pulsar 150cc for service, lady reception and lady bill creator relationship with customer is absolutely not good. No provision of accepting digital card system for payment. Every thing should be given by cash, and they will say card interest at 1.5% to 2% will be charged by bank. This is ridiculous. All small dealer will accept cards now a days. Service engg wont be available at the time of delivery. This is happened on[protected] at 6.45pm. No option for us to leave the vehicle for services other than these people in near by locality. [vidyaranpuram, bangalore 560097] shop owner also not available to talk. Govt of india made digital india, and these people are still behind cash against services. Kind call the owner and resolve this issue at the earliest. I am also having two to three friends in the area owing bajaj vehicles, no one is happy with this service centre.
