Dear Sir/Mam,
I have been an existing customer of Bajaj Auto since Feb 2017. I am in trouble with your services as I have a Bajaj Pulsar 150cc.
i would like to aware with you the current situation that i am facing related to my bike that it is being around 1.5 years the oil leaking from neutral switch then i visited to your service center for multiple times but the do the some repairs and told me that from now the oil will get stop leakaging but regret to say that every the repair works for 10-15 days then its getting leakage again from neutral switch.
Now, i visited 2-3 days to same service center at Swadeshi Bajaj Rama Road now they were saying to change the left side chamber then you problem will get rectified and also informed me that if they will change chamber then whole engine parts will get replace i.e Cylinder Kit, Clutches and Plates, Timing Chain, etc.
Now, the concern is my engine is functioning in proper manner then why i need to change whole kit for a single neutral switch and for oil leakage does it right to change whole kit which will cost to me for Rs. 16, 000/- and if this is exist then why they not informed me priorly to change the same when i am visited many times earlier.
Further, the same issue I had checked over the internet. Many of your customers are facing these issues then why the company is not taking any steps towards it and another issue is related to bike oil tank lock whenever it gets service or in the rainy season the water seepage looks inside the tank.
Sir/Mam, I request you to kindly repair my bike without changing a chamber as its engine doesn't want any repairs and is functioning properly as of now.
My bike registration no. is DL10SS7464 i never used to get service out from date of purchase the bike serviced time to time in your authorised service center Swadeshi Bajaj Rama Road but i don't think there is any benefits to get service in authorised if the customer will still in panic condition.
Hope, the company will take my complaint as a priority and will take positive action.
