Bajaj Auto — poor customer service given by authorized dealer | |||
Hi there, I have booked bajaj v15 from suryoday motor pvt ltd (Goregaon mumbai 400104) on 28th oct 2018. As i was in urgent to get bike before 5 november, i had requsted them to delivery me before 5th. They were agree that they will give there best to deliver before that. And i have done one shot payment of bike. (Recipt number : gg-sr/9517) But till today there is no response from them. They are not providing any updates. When i call them for updates they say that it will take time, as rto people are not working properly due to diwali. I dont think this is valid reason to delay. As a bike dealer you should have proper connection with rto people so that your work is done on time. I have to used auto for my daily office and it is costing me around 200 per day. As you can see in price list the v15 is costing 78000 after 555 offer and it also include accessories, i forgot to ask them about same while booking bike and when i asked them about accessories next day they told that this price excluding accessories. I have seen people booking bike from other dealer, are getting faster delivery along with free accessories and bajaj authorize dealer dosen't. I regret, why i booked bike from bajaj authorize dealer.
