Bajaj Auto — Poor service of bajaj service center | |||
I, rajendra kumar has bajaj pulsar 180 since 2016. I serviced my bike from authorized bajaj service center (Suri auto works, f-891, virender nagar janak puri road, delhi - 110058) for change my shock absorber rod. But they did not fitted proper, they just adjusted bottle plastic instead of shock absorber bushes and warsel. And for that, too much sound from bike i can't able to travel long distance in this bike due to shocker problem, i also told in service center, they said "we don't have shock absorber buses and waiting for equipment from company and day by day it's 20th day and the told on call still not received equipment. I daily call him and ask for same and daily, they said still not received. I already called in customer support for raise my complaint, they said we will take action against him and resolve my query but still not get any satisfactory answer. My service request ref no-. Isr-755870 My question is that if the service center doing this type of illegal job then where to go customer for their bike service, and if i want any adjustment in my bike then i can go in local bike service. I enjoyed the bajaj bike but this time i has been troubled too much. I think that the bajaj company should get a step against this type of service center.
