Bajaj Auto — pulsar 125 / noise coming too high at the time of running

I purchased a pulsar 125 bike by cash and carry rs-82240/- at the date of 17th october 2019. From the date of purchase still now i have an very big problem in my bike i told several times at the showroom they said after first service it will clear automatically. But after first service it will start very noise like a tractor. I submitted my bike at the showroom after first service to clear that compliant four times. Each and every time they said it is company defect what can i do like that. But money is mine so i need to solve this problem by giving a new bike. Or refund my amount other wise i am disided to raise a complaint against bajaj at consumer court.
My bike details given below.
Model name - pulsar 125 neon
Date of purchase - 17th october
Place of purchase - aakash bajaj villupuram.
Gingee branch.
Registration number - tn 16 w 2539
Mode of payment - net cash.
Problem obtained - from the purchase date to
Till date.
Bajaj complaint number - isr-633404.
Right now bike location - at the showroom for
R&d. (At my own cost).

I complaint all the places what I know about bajaj. Still I didn't get any proper response. I need to replace my vehicle because they removed head assembly and gear box assembly and entire engine for chain noise obtained from back side. Without my permission they did all those things they did R&D with my Bike and my Money too. I hope I get a good solution for my issues.
I need refund or replacement.

Still I didn't get any proper solution gir my issue. This is not fair is this a way to treat a consumer?
They did mistakes in my vehicle the dealer side opened my engine and changed lot of spares, without my knowledge and still the noise is coming I am not satisfied about your answer and one more think. I didn't get any call also very very poor treating by dealer side and ASM & RM both are dealer side only not in customer side.
I decided to go District Consumer Fourm directly and I raise a complaint against bajaj and the Aakash bajaj dealer too. And I need compensation of RS 1000000/- for hurting me last two months.
Note : bajaj vomplaint number ISR - 633404 I gave already on my complaint is closed by dealer side with my knowledge and without my signature too at the time of 9.34PM. They did lot of mistakes.
I don't want to leave it Normally. I am sure.

Don't buy pulsar latest model fully fake vehicle, they delivered new body and old discover engine like that. Totally fake company fully scam. They did foolish of all their customers. So don't buy pulsar 125, latest vehicles

Very wrost persons working at bajaj. When I am asking about my complaint service report. They don't gave that and they tredening me like we are complaint in local police station.
And they did a complaint against me as I am spoiling their sales. See I am asking I need to know about my service status what are the parts are changed by the dealer. They won't gave that I don't know why.
It's really going very wrong and going as a criminal issues.

Still I didn't get any proper answers, they opened my new vehicle engine and changed local parts with out my permission, this is not fair, and when I am asking about this issue they given a complaint against me at local police station. I don't want to leave it like that. I am sure about it

After five days i get my vehicle from the dealer. Still the noise is coming when I am asking with that service manager he said. Your mind set is like that we don't do anything. It's not a small issue they remove my engine head without my permission.
I need a good answer for this issue.
