It’s been 1 year 5 months i received the bike on each service i have complained about the late pick up and sound while releasing the clutch but no actions were taken. And also there was a problem with fork bend they charged me 3000 as a over all bill but still the problem is the same. Kindly look into this matter on priority i’m a loyal customer to bajaj since 8 years i never found any problem with the service but this time no one are helping me out. They concluded that there is no issue with the bike i received a call few mins back this is really frustrating. I trusted the brand so much and these people are taking things for granted i want the clutch assembly to be replaced as well as i don’t want to hear any kind of sound while riding. Even if you people do not take any action then definitely i will suggest my friends n family about the worst service in that particular branch. Was this information helpful? | |
