[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — raja motors service center jodhpur rajasthan
I have given the bike to the raja bajaj service center, jodhpur on 05.03.2018 for my bajaj avenger bike service. Whose job card no 2835 was given. To me, i was told that the bike will be available on the evening of 05.03.2018 by getting the bike service done. On 05.02.2018, after contacting the contact number written on the job card, firstly, he did responded to my phone calls done many times, and after many tries when he picked up, he said that the bike will be available till noon tomorrow.
On next day on 06.03.2018 when i called to ask about the status of bike service nobody responded my phone calls. Then i searched alternate contact number on internet of raja bajaj service center, jodhpur and got reply that "i will call back within 15 minutes and will tell the status", but no phone came for 1 hour and then again i tried many times to contact on phone but no one responded or attended.
After some time someone picked up the phone and i was told by him that "i am in hospital now i am going to the service center and call u after 15 minutes whether the bike service was done or not. But no calls came by 5 o'clock in the evening.
Then i myself went to the service center and asked for the service of the bike by showing job cards at the service center, i told by him to sit for some time and started to searching my bike with job card but he did not find the bike and came to me and asked me "when did you give the bike, whether or not you were given a bike for service.
Then i got up and started looking for a bike in the service center, i found my bike parked outside the service center and the bike has not yet been serviced. On asking about the reason i got the reply as " due to lack of staff, the service could not be done.
After this reply i requested to return the bike without service and they returned.
In the above matter there is some questions arises as under :-
1. How many days and staff needed to service a bike in service center. While they are authorized service center and fully loaded with modern equipment. Whreas the local mechanic gives good service more cheaper and on time or lesser.
2. Whether bajaj auto does not trained their staff properly and why such irresponsible and slacker people recruited?
3. Who is answerable and responsible for the time that i wasted out there.
4. Is it not a shame for bajaj auto, their people are irresponsible, lazy and #.
I want that there should be some action on this and the action taken from your side should be informed to me.
And from today onward i will not take any item or service from bajaj company and also make other people aware about it so that others should also stay away from bajaj company.
