[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — rs 200 worst service | |||
Dear bajaj auto I have given my bike rs200 for service on 04/12/17 @khivraj bajaj. Near 8th mile, hesargatta road. Bangalore.. Evening i have taken vehicle delivery. Night time i have gone from my office to home it's around 30k. M distance.. Time was around 7:30-8:00 pm. Bike started to excess heat and it's started ignition off... So many time it's happened like this @that night... I have called service advisor about this complaint he told leave your bike there it self. We will pick it morning..!!! How can i leave my bike there??? There is no safety!!! From office to home daily it will take 1hour journey. But on that day it's taken 4 hours to reach home!!! Is it they serviced my bike or they destroyed it??? @next day 5th dec 17. Morning i given back my bike service station. They told they solve problem by evening. When i gone evening again they told problem not resolved. It will take time. They kept my bike for 3 days there only. After 3days they told problem solved. They told some problem like engine oil&coolant is mixing.. At that time of repair they removed every parts. But the time of fixing they are missed to fit 3-4 bolts near petrol tank.. And now engine oil leakaging problem.. After service it's feel like an old bike... Is it a service??? It's absolutely worst experience... Was this information helpful? | |||
