[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — spare parts are not in stock (negligence answer) | |||||
Dear team, I'm maheswaran (Advocate) from pondicherry, i bought new model avenger 220 street bike at last year (2016 feb) at aakash bajaj. The aakash bajaj has worst in customer service, if we need to change any parts of the bike means they said "we have no stock in the parts". From the last week (Around 2 weeks) itself i'm trying to change my chain sprocket, there is no respond from the service. They are simply said "no stock". I'm sorry to say this it is very worst in the customer service. Please do the needful immediately.
