[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — To purchase a new bike
The customer service at Bajaj showroom is extremely poor. I wanted to purchase a new avenger bike. We went to Devendra Bajaj Showroom. The dealer was I think not interested in selling new bikes. They didn't even asked for a glass of water. Even we wanted a test ride waited for twenty minutes but their was no response in the showroom. Now bajaj has lost a customer and business of minimum one las rupees and negative image is also on the coarse. Pls give some customer service training to your people. It's pathetic
