Bajaj Auto — Unsatisfactory service | |||
On 30 Sep 2020 I visited bajaj 2 wheeler service center at paltan bazar Guwahati. I was having some sound/friction problem from front tyre/handle of my pulsar 220 bike. There I clearly mentioned that my sole purpose of visit is of the friction/sound problem from front side which needs to resolved urgently because I felt of having high risk while riding. Accordingly they kept the bike for servicing and I went back to my office. The estimated bill they gave me was 4700 which was ok to me. But eod when I querried over phone they said 5000 but at the time of delivery they made me pay Rs. 6259. Which was way much higher than the estimate. But I paid the bill and took my bike home. But then I realised problem was not resolved at all and I was still having the issue. After couple of days I revisited and complained the same they told the problem was in handle bearing for which they ask me to pay another 376-400 rs. So if the problem was of this small why did they make me pay 6259 this is loot and cheating at their end. Please help me with this I am highly unsatisfied with the service. And I am still having the friction/sound problem and I am dependent on my bike only to go office and move here and there. Was this information helpful? | |||
