[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — worst service provided by service center | |||||
Respected sir, I had purchased pulsar 135 from gems auto - akurdi. But as the outlet is shut down i was requested to submit my vehicle to garve bajaj-wakad. I had following issues. I) i asked them for teflon coating (I had paid for it when i bought my bike). They answered me its unavailable at their showroom. Ii) i asked to replace indicator buzzer. They replied that they don't keep spare parts. Iii) they replaced my one of indicator and some few parts and charged rs.80 for it. I said i had paid for your 0% scheme in which i will be paying 5% and company 95%. They replied the scheme you bought in previous showroom aren't applicable here. We cant provide you with service for which you have paid in previous showroom. Then does it means:- I) i had wasted my money by paying extra charge for your schemes at the time of purchase of my bike? Ii) i had wasted my 2 days for servicing? Iii) don't you think the bajaj outlet all over india should have common data server, thus, we customer wont suffer when 1 of the outlet is shut under some circumstances and other outlet deny service?
