[Resolved] Bajaj Bike — delivered a test drive and defective vehicle | |||
Hello, I am maanik sharma purchased a high end bike of bajaj i. E dominar 400. After driving 50km i noticed that my odometer is not working as the wire was not connected to the speedometer. After getting checked from bajaj authorised service center then i got to know that bajaj delivered me a test drive vehicle. After that i drove my vehicle 6500 km my engine started making some noise after 2nd service. Then i drive my vehicle to 7500km my crankshaft blasted then i visited the dealership, they checked my bike and kept with them for 2 weeks after that they changed the crankshaft only. When i claim for vehicle swap they refused everytime, this is not the way to deal with the customers. I request you for a vehicle swap if some actions will not be taken then i'll write this complaint of bajaj in consumwr court and in some prestige newspaper. Was this information helpful? | |||
