[Resolved] Bajaj Capital — Eecess Delay In Refund Of INR 15000 | |||||
Dear Sir, I am Arvind Kumar, waiting for the refund of my amount of INR 15, 000 from last months i.e. from 17/12/2016. As per Insurance Relation ship Manager promise, I was supposed to get my money back maximum within a week i.e. upto 24/12/2016. As I was misguided by city life mall Muzaffarpur which is in collaboration with Bajaj Capital and Exide Life Insurance company. Later on i came to know full details that there is no any lucky draw gift for me as i had been told over telephone to come and collect the gift. I decided to get back my money which have been swiped in hurry in the name of gift through debit Card at Bajaj Capital and Exide Life Insurance Muzaffarpur Branch. As i am facing financial problem day by day, kindly try to help in refund the said amount as soon as possible because i can not wait any more now. Insurance Company mailed me that the refund has been processed on 27-Dec-2016 for Rs.15000/- against card no 42136xxxxxxx7933 for MID 50716075 with ARN 74766516362651514629084. But it never reflects in my accounts till this time. I also added the debit receipt. Kindly do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||||
