[Resolved] Bajaj Capital — harassment | |||
My name Samson David i he taken consumer loan from bajaj in 2015 I paid all my dues of Bajaj and clear my loan long back.No dues was left in my Baja app it shows all clear.. But today I started recieving calls from UP police and adv amit misra which was harasing. I have no pending left this is really a harashment to common man. They said they will inform near by police to arrest me. This is really wrong and torturing situation. The Bajaj company should check their record before taking such step they were asking me to pay 6000 as charges. And I also not received any intimation not any kind of email. My email is registered with Bajaj I trust our judicial system and law. Kindly request to see to this matter and allegation from Bajaj.. Thanks Samson david Was this information helpful? | |||
