We recently purchased a Bajaj Gas Geyser. However the gas geyser is defective. We tried to raise the complaints with the customer care, however the customer care would send the request to Jagdamba Service Center.
The Executive(Mr. Wahid) did come for the first time and said the coil is defective and needs to replaced and said he will come back and replace it. However, this guy never turned up and our complaint was closed as Resolved.
Here are the complaint numbers we have raised so far: 3457177, 3484512.
We again raised the complaint, but the executive didn't turn up yet. We would like to get a brand new gas geyser as it is new gas geyser and it didn't work from day 1 or we would like to go to the consumer court for the damages and the mental harassment caused by this attitude from both Bajaj Electricals and Jagdamba Service Centre.
