We purchased Bajaj heater through amazon on 27th Dec 2016 and got it delivered on 31st Dec. We registered for installation on the very same day. Today is 8th Jan but till now no one has come for installation. Everyday we call the dealer assigned but he just promises to come but never came. We have raised a service request with cell no [protected] Now we are planning to return it if the person doesn't come for installation in next 1, 2 days. There are so many brands but we went for Bajaj only coz of its after sales service is good. Was this information helpful? | |

Purchased a Majesty 400w juice extractor which has stopped working. Have made atleast 100 calls to the local service provider in Gujarat namely Hiral and Pravin. They are just delaying it and nothing has been done. Please return my money back. Will never purchase a Bajaj product in my life.Really dissatisfied with the product. Useless product
