The repair guy took away my iron in the name of replacing the wire which was burnt however after four days when he returned he intend to give me the iron which wasn't mine. How could people working for such a brand can do so. My product was pretty intact & neat. Whereas the iron which the repair guy brought back was all worn out full with scratches & not even the same iron i surrendered. I denied to take the product as it wasn't mine. I'm seriously worried how could i go further with such a brand-name who doesn't even know how the customers are treated. Requesting the customer care to look into the same.
