I have logged a complaint for the non working of a brand new Bajaj cooler on 8th May 2021 which I just used 4 days. I have spent Rs 7000 and expected a good service.
I was told that motor needs to be replaced but it's been almost 3 weeks and no one visited to replace that motor. Service center is also giving excuses.
