The complaint from visakhapatnam. Compalained about the water heater stopped working. We complained to customercare and they filed complaint. But service is very worst. The service agency are not interested to work under the service of bajaj. They are working in all other private works. They said if you want urgent, we send private person not under bajaj. I called back to customer care. They are not responding to this. Simply saying we can book only complaint. My bajaj call id is "hyd[protected]-1. Share secret code 8571 to engineer on call resolution". For this stupid service, they are giving secret code. I don't know what is it.. Please never buy these products. Bajaj Electricals customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 21, 2017 snehabajaj's response the fan is moving slow.

The fan has been moving very very slow before two months. we are very suffering.we bought it from sneha electronic shop at jhinkirhat samsuddin super market.
