Hi Sir/Ma'am, Call ID "CHA[protected]-1" had been registered on 23-April-2017. Today technician came and did not resolve the issue and cancelled the call ID. I had word with many supervisors in the Chandigarh reason about the same issue, they assured me that issue will resolve and sending technician but today after two weeks they sent the technician but he was unable to resolve the issue. Now when I called back the supervisor they told me that Company does not provide the parts, so ask any local technician, who can fix the issue. Bajaj products and services are pathetic.
