Product is under 2 year warranty.

Engineer visited at home after next day of registering the complaint and taken one of the part of my food processor. He promised me to come back in one day. Now he has blocked my number and now after 5 days i am trying to contact to customer care of bajaj electricals and they are not ready to give any solution. Customer care is providing some numbers for service support out of which none of them is working (Switch off/invalid numbers).

They are not able to repair my food processor. Now case is registered with national consumer help support and Complaint no. 641526.
Bajaj Electricals customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I got a message from Bajaj " your complaint has been resolved " which is wrong.
I haven't shared my security code with engineer then how it get resolved ? It is fraud and scam.

Hi All,

These Bajaj guys are totally fraud, They told me to submit my food processor to service center. Now they removing the lock functionality from food processor, because it is not available with them. So They are not ready to repair it.

No one is providing any solution. Even product is still under warranty
