I had raised a ticket hyd[protected]-1 on december 2, 2017 about geyser not working which is under warranty. The executive visited in the evening and did some r&d and informed that a senior person will visit tomorrow (Sunday) i asked him that tomorrow being sunday will you people work, he informed the executive will surely come. I had received an sms later that the complaint is resolved. I replied to the number given as complaint not resolved (No response to that sms) here comes the chasing part, from next day i started calling this executive by name raju [protected], who gives false commitments that he will come but the day passes, next day again the chase began and i had to speak to his boss (Which i doubt) vamsi [protected] who assured that the executive will contact me before 4:00pm monday. Till now i am waiting for that call.
Rather i am following it up with these executives who either disconnect the call or dont pick the call. I have no other go to wait and watch
