I would like to drive your attention to the bad service provided by bajaj electric department bangalore.
I have bought one bajaj geyser keeping in mind that bajaj is good name and provide best service to their customer.
My geyser stop heating and i have given first complain about it on 14 match 2019. But have not received any call from your service station for rectification.
There after i have given another complain on 30th march 2019 and they ensure that it will get taken care in 4-5 days. No on one come to attend.
Again on 9th april i have given complain, then yesterday day 14 april one person came to my home to attend after 5 days of follow up.
He has told that it have some issue which i need to pay for it. I have asked him that this geyser is under warranty.
After checking it is found that my geyser was taken on 17 match 2017 with 2 year of warranty which will expire on 17 march 2019.
I would like to let you know that geyser was stop working when it was under warranty for which i have already raised complain. But unfortunately due to poor service of bajaj electric in banglaore, my complain was not attended by your technician and there after i need to raise two more complain and follow-up.
This is not my fault that your technician took more than 3 week to attend and by time warranty date is expire by 2 weeks.
I would request you to consider this case as under warranty and rectify the problem.
