Bajaj Gyser - Model Jevel 03 Ltrs, Defective since date of installation by bajaj service engineer. Complaint to customer care on toll free no and later on by mail. It is continuous process since December 2019 to till date. No one is giving satisfactory response to customer.Installed in last winters, could not use it last winters, now again winters are approaching.upon heating the water, the water starts leaking from geyser, damaging the wooden shelves of kitchen.promised replacement/repair on phone multiple times but never implemented with excuses ranging from covid lockdown issues, lack of technical staff availability due to covid as they are working from home.
