Invoice number 1236/20/2-11793 Bought a racold geyser - installation was planned for today at 11 am. A lot of time was spent in coordinating with abdul from racold company yesterday. Plumber team was also called at 11 am to complete the job. Pictures were also shared with abdul yesterday. Time was confirmed. No one turned up and then he says the geyser we have purchased will not work and this is without visiting the site, without seeing the product nothing. Again he says he is in another district and that he cannot come and i should send him photographs. Is that my job to follow up and give assistant services to the technician? I regret making a purchase from the bajaj electronics store and i feel no information is given to technician - they dont know which product, location, time of service nothing.
